Credit Card Floor Limit PAR Stores

Problem:

This issue happens when the store is not connected to the internet or has an unstable connection.

The floor limit is a safety protocol since credit cards aren't processing simultaneously and will place a hold on the customer's card. To resolve the root issue, troubleshoot the internet connectivity with your ISP and firewall.

Temporary Solution:

Split checks to less than $50 until there is time to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.

It is not advised to change the floor limit as this can cause further issues and loss of profits.
