Comp Card No Drink Workaround
Ringing up a meal with No Drink then discounting that meal using Comp Card or another discount results in the customer being credited for the meal. This is due to the full item price being contained in the Entrée while the No Drink modifier has a price of -$1.00.
No Drink is a modifier rather than a discount, so it contains its own negative price rather than reducing the actual price of the entrée. The Comp Card discount will set the price of any item to $0. Selecting the No Drink modifier and using the Comp Card discount will remove the negative pricing and set the total item price to $0.
