Disputes should be raised within seven days from the initial transaction or if one platform not working and all other platforms work fine please contact them directly.
For DoorDash Disputes – the self-dispute tool from the Transactions tab is intended for small brands. Please instead utilize the Help tab in the merchant portal and submit disputes including Order ID, Store ID, and the $ of the error charge being disputed. For more information contact this support email: mxpsupport@doordash.com for disputes and support@doordash.com for other issues.
For UberEats Disputes – Review your Order Errors report within the Reports Tab of your dashboard. Download and note the order errors you wish to dispute contact restaurants@uber.com.
For Grubhub Disputes – Enter the Transactions tab in your Grubhub Dashboard, Filter by Type (select ‘Diner Adjustments’ and ‘Prepaid Order Adjustments’, download CSV. Select in Excel the transactions you want to dispute with reason for the dispute and email this information to EliteCare@Grubhub.com to raise the adjustments request.
