Fortivoice Desk Phones
Fortivoice phones are presently installed at all Company Owned stores.

GENERAL
The Fortivoice phones are VOiP (Voice over IP) and will only work if there is internet at the store. The phones can run on primary internet connection at the store as well as the backup internet. It is connected AND powered by a single ethernet cable that is connected to the ethernet port on the underside of the phone.
Once the ethernet cable is connected to the network stack AND the phone, the desk phone will power on boot up. This boot time typically takes 3-4 minutes to complete. If the phone has already been setup and registered, the phone will show a GREEN light on the upper left hand corner. Additionally, the phone will also show the Zaxbys identifier/extension number and street name or local identifier (ex: Hull rd, Epps Bridge, etc).

IF the light in the upper left hand corner is RED and saying "UNREGISTERED" then one of two issues are present.
"Unassigned is in this image for sample purposes"
- Either there is no internet reaching the phone itself or
- The device has never been setup and will need to be registered.
