How to Enable/Disable a store in OLO
Follow the steps below when a store will be closed for less than 24 hrs, or is an emergency closure.
1. Log into the Self-Service Support Portal
2. Click "Request a Service"

3. Select "Store Info & Digital Changes"

4. Select "Emergency Closure"

5. Fill out all necessary information, and place request.

*******Once approval is received from your Ops Consultant, the closure will automatically be set for the selected length of time.********
Below are steps to manually disable/enable a store as a last resource by tech support.
1. Log into OLO dashboard
2. Select settings on the left

3. Select Store Settings

4. Search, select, and confirm store selection

5. Select Enable/Disable Store

6. Enter the internal reason, time for closure, and public message then select Disable Store

7. Confirm that the store shows as disabled and verify the re-enable date/time
