Bump Bar Layout using USB keyboard
Problem: Store is replacing bump bar or bump bar is defective and needing something alternative until fix or replaced.
Solution: Store can connect a USB keyboard (Wired USB preferred) to the controller (one of the models below) that's usually behind the monitor. Below is a typical layout for the bump bar. On the keyboard top row is usually 1-0 and bottom row is A-J. Note if the key on the keyboard does not respond to what you like it to do try the next key. Example on Drive Thru QSR if you are needing to split the screen to show Drive Thru on Top and Dine In on bottom you would press the "H" key on the keyboard. If it doesn't split the screen try the next few keys like "F" key.
If the keyboard doesn't respond at all try either a different USB keyboard (wired) or different USB port on the controller.
