Freedompay Order/Replace Card Readers
When a franchisee needs a new card reader or replace damaged there are a few steps that need to be taken to ensure the prompt arrival of new equipment
Be mindful of the process following the request for devices:
FreedomPay will determine if you will be receiving a refurbished card reader,
Have the District manager or GM at the location do the following (Store support may email as well as long as the location is clear they must take over after initial contact)
1. First, determine if the card reader is eligible for warranty by contacting RMA team at RMA@freedompay.com
2. They will respond to your request via email. If not eligible you will need to complete the attached new device order form.
3. Once submitted, a request will be created, and a FreedomPay Account Manager will respond with the next steps. Stay in communication until the hardware has arrived.
