Updating Store Hours

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Previously, the procedure to update your Store Hours involved contacting Store Support, providing the needed changes, then waiting for manual completion.  This often took time and would sometimes fall victim to human error when updating.

We have integrated our Support Portal with Olo directly. Now, you can update your own hours via a form submission without the back and forth over email.

HOURS UPDATE DEFINITION AND PROCEDURE

Hour Updates are defined as a permanent or for the foreseeable future change to a store’s operating hours. It should not be used for Emergency Closures or Holiday Closure updates. 

The new automated form will automatically update without requiring a Support Agent to take action on your behalf in Olo. You will not be allowed to change your hours to be out of compliance with our Standard Operating Hours. For more information about Standard Operating Hours, please reference your Operations Manual or search ‘Approved Store Holiday Hours’ on Znet. Reminder: delivery providers will add a buffer to your hours to prevent drivers from arriving to your store after closing of the Business Hours.

Note that your Store Hours will be used for digital ordering as well as display hours for Google/Apple/other local listing sites.

1.) Go to https://support.zaxbys.com and click on Login. If you don't know your Login information click on "Forgot Password?" and a reset link will be sent to your email if you already have an account. Note sometimes the reset link can go to email junk folder. Or click on https://support.zaxbys.com/a/catalog/request-items/47 - which will take you directly to the site.


 



2.) Click on Request a service and you can either click on Store Info & Digital Changes or scroll down and click on Store Hours Update Form.


 

3.) If you click on Store Info & Digital Changes click on Store Hours Update Form next. 



4.) Please see the notes about store hours and fill out the form. Once you have filled out the form at the very bottom click on Place Request. Note this is only for individual stores if you need to do multiple stores will have to submit one form for each store cannot do multiple stores for one form .

When completing the Store Hours Update form, the option to update all channels or individual channels such as Curbside are present and only Zaxby’s approved hours of operation will be available in the form. Upon submission, hours will automatically update, and verification sent via email. The Current Hours Request form can also be used for validation if needed.

Please note: This form is NOT to be used for approved Holiday Closures, Emergency Closures, or early closures. Hour changes will be populated within the next day to local listing sites but should be near immediate for Zaxbys.com and the Zaxbys app.

On https://support.zaxbys.com/ if you never log in before can press "Sign up" over at top right corner to create an account that's not a @zaxbys.com email. Do not send emails to storesupport@zaxbys.com or do not use "Report an Issue" in support.zaxbys.com regards store hours as that will only go to Store Support and further delay on updating hours.
