How to "86" or mark an item as unavailable for online ordering and 3rd party platforms
Use this solution to mark an item as unavailable "86" on the online storefront, Zaxbys.com, Zaxbys App, Doordash, UberEats, etc.
Step 1. On your Laptop or PC's browser go to https://my.olo.com and Log in with your username and password. You may also use your OLO tablet to edit the menu.
Step 2. Once in your OLO Dashboard Select "menu". On the left handside.
Step 3. Select your store or store's. Now once you are in the OLO menu admin. Select "search menu".
Step 4. Now search the menu for the item or items that need to be marked as unavailable.
Step 5. Now once you find the item or items you wish to mark as unavaible you may select "86 availability" or "Bulk Availability" and proceed to mark the item as unavailable.
-You may check the item as unavaible or schedule a unavaible-available set. After setting the conditons, click on save this will effectively mark the item as unvaible across all the online storefronts. Note the change make take a few minutes to update/communicate across all platforms. Be very careful when utilizing this solution and make sure you are selecting the right item.
