Store Current Business Hours
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
We have created a Current Hours form for you to receive the Current Hours set for your location emailed to you. This is not to change Store Hours but just to see what current store hours are set to. To change store hours please follow https://zaxbys.freshservice.com/a/solutions/articles/21003932584
1.) Go to https://support.zaxbys.com and click on Login. If you don't know your Login information click on "Forgot Password?" and a reset link will be sent to your email if you already have an account. Note sometimes the reset link can go to email junk folder. OR https://support.zaxbys.com/support/catalog/items/141

2.) Click on Request a service and you can either click on Store Info & Digital Changes or scroll down and click on Current Hours Request

3.) If you click on Store Info & Digital Changes click on Current Hours Request next.

4.) Fill out the form and once you have filled out the form at the very bottom click on Place Request. Note this is only for individual stores if you need to do multiple stores will have to submit one form for each store cannot do multiple stores for one form.

Upon submission, the Current Hours Request form will deliver the current hours set in OLO for Business, Rails, Dispatch, and Curbside via email. This form can be used to validate what your current hours are set to prior to any update.
