Article Solutions can be access by any Zaxbys store location at support.zaxbys.com Store doesn't even need to Login to look at Article Solutions.
1.) Go to support.zaxbys.com and click on Login. If you don't know your Login information click on "Forgot Password?" and a reset link will be sent to your email if you already have an account. Note sometimes the reset link can go to email junk folder. OR click on "Browse help articles".
2.) It will take you to all the available Article Solutions for Zaxbys Stores
3.) Two examples
a. Store QSR Bin Management screen saying "Station Offline" but all other kitchen screens are online and working just fine. You can click on QSR > QSR controller offline/Station Offline and will take you to an article store staff can attempt themselves without having to contact support.
b. Needing help with changing store hours. You can click on Portals and Contacts > View All > Updating Store Hours. This will take you how to submit a service request form in support.zabxys.com but note you will have to Login at that point.
