Order Status Tracking in QSR and OLO
This feature will introduce order tracking to the Zaxbys app powered by the QSR and OLO integration. When an order's status is updated on the KDS, this information will be passed to guests through push notifications on their phone and on an order status page on the app/website.

Statuses:
There are 4 statuses an order will move through, each triggered by a specific action in OLO or QSR:
- Received
- Trigger: Order confirmed by OLO
- Preparing
- Trigger: Order fired to KDS
- Bagging
- Trigger: Order bumped from BOH prep screen
- Ready
- Trigger: Order bumped from FOH expo screen
Action Required:

Accurately track digital orders by bumping them in BOH when hot food is prepared and FOH when the order is bagged and drinks are assembled
- Keep in mind that these actions will now be tracked and deliver immediate feedback to guests
- For stores without a FOH Counter Expo device, orders must be bumped from the Mobile tab on the FOH Drive Expo device
- This will also improve the quality of dynamic quotes
- Confirm QSR/OLO integration is functional:
- Integration is functional if ready times are populating on QSR for digital orders
- Communicate guest feedback to support and guest services teams
- Collect as much information as possible (ex: date of order, name on order, etc.)
- Locating the order will allow support teams to identify the source of the issue
