Adding a delegated user
Typical problem – you have a user that you want to grant access to the ReportHub and assign stores for them to have access to.
Adding a delegated user to ReportHub with non-equity stores
A delegated user’s non-equity store information refers to the stores that a DP (designated principle) has assigned to that delegated user.
1. Log into the ReportHub interface and select the first tile “Managing Hierarchies” option. Click it to see the list of your stores and delegated users.

2. The following screen will be displayed.

3. The screen shows the current list of users that you have delegated access to.
4. To add a new delegated user, Click the “Add New User”
button.

5. Next, the screen will display a ‘Add new email’ input box. Type the email address of the user that you would like to add. You can add multiple email addresses by using a comma to separate the email addresses.
6. Press the
button and the users will be added.

7. The user(s) will now be displayed in the first column on the screen to show they have been added.

8. Next, select the stores that you want the new user to have access to. To do this, put a checkmark beside the stores you want them to have access to. In the example above, this user has access to store 00183 and 00185.
9. Press the “Save Changes”
button to save your changes.
