Correcting an owners list of equity owned stores

Solution – Verifying the list of equity owned stores
The list of equity owned stores is shown in the Hierarchies section of the Report Hub. This document will show you how to validate your list of equity owned stores.
If you find an error in this list, you will need to contact the ReportHub system administrator to correct the problem.
First, let’s verify the list of equity owned stores that is set up in the Report Hub product.
1. When logged in to the ReportHub interface, look for the “Manage Hierarchies” tile and select it.
2. The Hierarchies screen below is where you will verify the list of your equity owned stores.
3. In this section, you can select your user record in the first window on the screen. The list of your equity owned stores will be displayed in second window.
4. If there is a store in this list that does not belong to you -or- you are missing a store that you do own, please contact the Report Hub system administrator (ReportHubAdmin@Zaxbys.com) and they will be in contact with you to correct the problem.
