Fixing a report subscription issue with ReportHub
Typical problem – you have a subscription to a report that is not working correctly.
Find and verify the report subscription
1. When logged in to the ReportHub interface, look at the center tile and you will see “Manage Subscriptions”. Click it to see a list of all the subscriptions that you have set up.
2. Locate the record for the subscription you are having trouble with and click the grey pencil icon
next to the report name to display the details of the description.

3. The screen will show the details of the report subscription. Validate it is set up correctly, the date scheduled is correct and contains the correct list of stores.
4. Correct any errors that you find.

5. Press the “Update”
button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
6. If you are still having problems, open a support ticket for help in resolving the issue.
